MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved food. My weekends as a child were spent watching my mother, grandmother and aunties cook. Food in my family is something that has always been celebrated and a way to love not only others, but yourself.

My interest in how food serves our body was sparked after having my 2 children. I struggled with breastfeeding and low supply and knew there was more to the story. This lead me to go back to uni and upgrade my Bachelor of Science and complete a Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition.

My philosophy when it comes to healthy eating as a busy mum is simple and holistic - get back to basics, keep a routine and incorporate movement and rest. That’s it. This strategy has enabled me, as well as my clients to maintain a healthy weight, stay motivated and have more time for themselves.

My favourite quote at the moment is “the magic is in the things you are avoiding”
