  • Absolutely! This plan is meant to be adaptable to your schedule. If swapping dinners around, keep in mind that some may call for leftovers so your lunch will be tweaked he next day too.

  • While I have included notes on how t adapt to different tastes, this is not a vegetarian meal plan.

  • Yes. I have provided notes on how to increase portion sizes and a discussion on adding healthy snacks if needed. This was made to adapt to as many women as possible.

  • I would advise seeking advice from your GP before starting this meal plan if you have any health conditions. This meal plan is not to diagnose or treat any conditions - it is general advice only.

  • Absolutely! I made these meals with other family members in mind. I have also added notes on how to increase portion sizes to make meals stretch further.

  • The calories are possibly not sufficient to support you during pregnancy or breastfeeding. I would advise to wait until you are done breastfeeding.

  • Not all the recipes are gluten free.

  • Not all the recipes have reduced carbs. Carbs are an essential macronutrient for women’s health. The sources of carbohydrates are whole grain and full of beneficial vitamins and minerals essential for energy metabolism.

  • Being budget conscious myself, I have made this as economical as possible.
