  • Start at the beginning of any week. Choose your week, plan your shopping and get going!

  • Absolutely! This plan is meant to be adaptable to your schedule. If swapping dinners around, keep in mind that some may call for leftovers so your lunch will be tweaked he next day too.

  • While I have included notes on how t adapt to vegetarian and vegan, keep in mind that not ALL recipes will be able to be changed. Please email me for further advice on this.

  • Yes. I have provided notes on how to increase portion sizes and a discussion on adding healthy snacks if needed. This was made to adapt to as many women as possible.

  • I would advise seeking advice from your GP before starting this meal plan if you have any health conditions. This meal plan is not to diagnose or treat any conditions - it is general advice only.

  • Absolutely! I made these meals with other family members in mind. I have also added notes on how to increase portion sizes to make meals stretch further.

  • The calories are possibly not sufficient to support you during pregnancy or breastfeeding. I would advise to wait until you are done breastfeeding.

  • Not all the recipes are gluten free, but I have added notes for recipes to be adapted for this.

  • Not all the recipes have reduced carbs. Carbs are an essential macronutrient for women’s health. The sources of carbohydrates are whole grain and full of beneficial vitamins and minerals essential for energy metabolism.

  • Being budget conscious myself, I have made this as economical as possible. If you need to stock up on pantry staples first, the first week may be a bit pricey. After that, it will much less. Week 2 works out to approximately $150.
