Hello beautiful! I’m Shanya, your Convenient Nutrition holistic nutritionist. I’m university qualified and love all things health and wellness.

I created Convenient Nutrition to support busy mothers, like myself, achieve optimal health through nourishing food, but in a realistic way that works with your life. I’m here to help you incorporate meals, movement and mindfulness into your life.

I believe in routines that flow, consistency and making time for rest. True health is when your body is in balance.
